looks good, but i agree, a cool old apartment building and 4 historic homes will be lost for this when there are still crappy surface parking lots all around this area. i just don't get it
Yeah not on bored if they have to rip down the historic buildings. This is where a community has to come together to stop a project, not when a developer is trying to redevelop an old car lot.
They need retail on this. If they're going to tear down some historic buildings for it when there are parking lots in the area, at the very least have some retail.
Personally I like the design, it reminds me of the modern low rises you see in Europe. Love the big square windows on the south side, and the solid white.
My only gripe is the tearing down of a nice old apartment building.
One of the better attempts at breaking up the overall size. I'm fine with no retail providing the ground front door units are live work. Retail would be hard. I'll just on the bandwagon.The walk up building would be a greater loss.
