I feel confident Truman will at least go ahead with building this. Still sad to see the old apartment building torn down.

Between this and First & Tenth I'm starting to dislike Truman. It's like they are targeting unprotected historical buildings.

I’m also disappointed in the location Truman chose for these two developments, but overall Truman had been a bonus to the city.
They’re one of the few developers who actually get things done. Others that come to mind like Cidex, Sarina and Battistella. Of the four I think Truman and Battistella have had the most positive impact.
