Visitor parking should've been put on the back or sides, not on the Mainstreet itself. Really hate these.

I'm torn on this. I like the idea of the little square/plaza on the other side of the building (not necessarily the current execution) and shoving angle parking there would kill the future potential to make it a proper little square that could be highly usable. 9th street just kind of sucks anyway, but could have improved a lot if the developments had done a better job. As a neighbourhood though, there just isn't enough density yet to start cannibalizing 1st ave by trying to create another main street.
