Quincy's was always on 7th ave where Manulife tower is AFAIK.
And a dim-sum place in the basement.There was also Ceili’s and A Japanese restaurant place, I think it was called Zen or some such.

Whatever people might think of Caili’s and Cowboys, that corner was always busy. The gleaming new towers look good in the skyline, but completely sucked the street life from that part of downtown.Agreed. When Penny Lane was torn down, there wasn't much concern about the loss of retail due to EAP having retail also, but it's not even close to the retail street vibrancy that Penny Lane had.
It's one of the conversion properties mentioned by the city so maybe, just maybe, they're getting to work on this one.Has anyone heard anything on this one? I'm asking because I saw some people at the site this morning when was going by.
