Agreed. It’ll be harder to find executives to rent those units in this climate, but I believe they will get some of them rented.
Agree with surreakplsces It definitely makes no sense to halt construction of the building at this point , if they don’t finish it, it’s worthless for renting suites and it’s not going to work for Telus. I’m pretty sure their lease agreement calls for the building to be finished. 99.9% chance this building will finish.

I echo this. With oil & gas still struggling, I don't know where they are going to find the market for executive rentals.
