Hi, Hard to Believe a few Yrs Back this Site was Known as Art Central. My have Times Changed. Guess the only thing that never got added to the Areas was the Bldg that was to Go in where the Old York Hotel was. As I Understood it,Embridge was Going to put Up a 12 Flr Bldg but has yet to Happen if at All, I Been by that Site a Lot on the Ctrains and Wonder it the Whole Block is Due for
Redevelopement. Will B Interesting to See how things Develope in the Future.

Normal floor as in residential floor? Is it the two office floors to come? Or has someone leased both as an observation deck and we get a double (triple) height maybe??
