I like how prominent this thing is starting to look from outside downtown. Exciting to see the different angles once it tops out.

Regardless of Where We are, this Bldg will Stand Out for Years to Come, The only Competition will B Brookfield or Encana Bldgs The only Other Competition would B if a Bldg saying what - 65 to 75 Flrs were to Get Blt. There Are 75 to 80 Flrs on the Books in Edmonton.
Might B Time for Catching Up.

It Would B Interesting to B Able to Integrate the Suncor Bldgs in with the Encana. Telus Bldgs ete. That Bldg across from Encana NEVER Got Blt - Yet. B nice if a Bldg say 25 - 30 plus Flrs were to Go in. Make more room for the space in the Areas. Just Thinking Really.

So with 23 storeys left to go, and an average construction pace of 0.6 floors per week over the past year, this should be topping out in early to mid April
Not long now! Maybe it will be done in 2018. Hmmmm..

Hi All,
I will Agree with the Remarks about the Boom/Busts etc, The thing is - We are Lucky the Dvlprs have a lot of faith in Calgary and went ahead with their Projects. Its still Touch and Go Really. Looking Forward to a Change in Gvmnts and Alberta will B Looking Fine in 2019.Yahoo. East Village and some other Projects are Good Examples.
