The core has moved quickly, probably because of the nice weather. It won't be long before it's above grade.

I wasn't able to snap a pic at the time but I noticed yesterday that the concrete pump is well above grade now, so the core section may actually be at ground level already. I'll run around and do an update sometime this week.

I thought that the rumours were that it would be capped after the office component, not at grade.
