As of the two latest updates, the tower is up to the 25th floor. Only 4 floors to go until the residential portion begins!

Beautiful tower...but man, we really have to replace the dogs it sits next to it. Apart from the Lougheed and Telephone buildings, that maybe the ugliest block downtown.

As much as I dislike the Hanover building a re-cladding of it might look worse, unless it's done with good materials.

For a terrible recladding, likely what would happen to Hanover, see 360 Main Street in Winnipeg. Ugh, just ocean-blue garbage. I'll take Hanover as it is, thanks.

There are few recladdings that aren't terrible.
There's one in Edmonton. It's more of a repositioning as they added an addition and the finishes are very high. The design they chose! It's twenty years out of date!

The re-cladding of 360 Main has tuned out better than the renderings IMO. I prefer it to the original, but in most cases I'm not a fan of re-cladding jobs. Especially if it's over concrete facades with more articulate details such as Palliser One or Encana Place.
