It'll be very exciting to watch it unfold.
That excavator looks rather lonely in that last picture.
It sounds like they are close to the bottom. apparently a crane base will be put in soon.

I've heard the same thing. There are cement trucks at site, so I imagine a crane isn't going to be too far off.
