Walked past this one today and there was lots of activity but I’m curious what all the clusters of PVC pipes are for?

Wasn’t there an old dry cleaners at that location? I wonder if it’s related to chemical rehabilitation? Dry cleaners use a lot of perchloroethylene. It’s toxic, but not as toxic a creosote, but enough that maybe the land required some rehab?

Yep Rosedale Cleaners/Cintas use to be at this location
