I realize it's a few month since this was taken, but thje last few years, vents have been hard to come by. Entire buildings will be glazed EXCEPT fopr the vents. Glass supply is not an issue these days. Speaking of glass, how connected is everyone here on this thread? I rep for a glass manufacturer and gaining insights into the glaziers and fabricators on each job can be a challenge, especially for projects I only get to visit every few months. Does anyone keep tabs on who is glazing the podium and tower?The glass shortage is still impacting them I'd guess.
They must be waiting on a supply shortage with some of the glass. I'm surprised at how long it's taking, but we've seen some long waits before.Does anyone know what’s happening with this? There’s been no change for a while.
Where did you hear they may have gone bankrupt?The developer may have gone broke although I see some progress made. The balcony glass is a nice touch. The tower will look good for its very functional design
