Noticed during some late night scrolling that the last two pages in the DP download are a one tower concept with just the taller of the two buildings present

Just out of curiosity - why are people thinking 20 floors could be chopped off the top? That won't help alleviate any concerns residents of Sasso and Vetro would have about height, since 50 storey buildings are still going to leave them in shadow, and if anything might result in wider bulkier buildings that cast more shadow.
If there are changes to height, I don't see them being driven by neighbour concerns.

I guess if anyone in Vetro/Sasso is complaining about losing their views, Truman has no choice but to make this a single tower

Does Frontier have a rental component and a condo component? Or did Truman hold unsold inventory back for itself as part of condo sales for the purpose of rental units (seems like they did this in Mondrian, in West District).

Apparently this is just a weird thing where grade is separate from the floor heights, and grade relative to the floors is actually 100m

Two towers will mess up our skyline less than one. They're both gonna mess up our skyline though.
Which is perfectly fine, btw. We could be seeing the start of a new skyline for downtown. These guys won't look out of place when we get more towers around them.
