The stampede Hotel is going to be a Marriot Autograph. The stampede station development is going to be a twin tower project with tower 1 being a JW Marriot and the second tower is a W Marriot hotel. All will be owned by Truman. Starting in 2026 to be completed in 20329/2030

So...height listed @ 69 and 62 storeys. They seriously couldn't add one freaking floor to the taller tower just so we could hit 70?

Mostly kidding. Overall a very nice pair of towers. This will be an amazing change to the skyline and will nicely block Sasso and Vetro from many angles. Looking forward to finding out more details, such as official height, site plan, etc.

They has explored higher heights up to 75 floors. As always, cost gets in the way.

Cool stuff - that would probably push the towers over 200m I think?

If Toronto condos with residential floor heights are any indicator, 60 - 70 stories seems to be 200 to 225m range (weird roof points and mechanicals add some uncertainty of course)

I put the height at 248 meters as a placeholder (so it shows in in the other SRC main forums), given 11 feet per floor, plus 5 extra floors as the bottom 5 floors look roughly double height. We'll know for sure once the DP is in, but it looks like this could be the tallest building in western Canada, as the Stantech tower is 251m.
