Looks good, Vegas style outdoor pool over looking the grounds, party central during Stampede for sure! Seems to be the start of more to come. I assume Stampede Park could probably handle one more hotel either beside Cowboys or the NE corner of the new Arena, can the market sustain both, plus the one on Macleod and 12th Ave? I assume not.

Then there's this, which we are continually teased about. Like another hotel+: "Truman’s investment is further anchored by the recent purchase of another C+E District development site at 15 Ave and Macleod Trail, which is in the development planning stages with announcements forthcoming."

Wow, nice design on this. Complements BMO well and the outdoor pool is a nice touch! Not where I would have expected the first new hotel to go, but the new 17av crossing really makes this work.

Interesting tidbits from the link, this site should be u/c by years end, and stampede has two other hotel site they are looking to develop..

Article also mentions Truman has another site on MacLeod and 15av, could be a lot of cranes in the area soon!

Great to see some of the park getting a facelift and another hotel finally getting going. I hope the Stampede starts going forward with their next projects as well to follow up the BMO being finished. A built in outdoor concert space/beer garden to serve as the permanent Coke Stage would be top of my list looking at all that parking space to the south.

The hotel looks solid I like that's on the 17th ave entrance and will be visible down 17th ave.

The stampede station one is still coming. There have been a bunch of design changes on that one. Two other hotels are also in the mix.

Truman is going absolutely gangbusters! I kind of worry they'll stretch themselves thin. Don't want another Torode style implosion. They seem to have their shit together though. Can't believe they have such a small HQ considering their growth.
