Hi all, for Summit 77 #8 and #11 projects on the map, I can't find any info online...have they started selling?

Not sure, I only can see what I see when driving by. It has been a couple of weeks, but last time the exterior did look pretty close to done (still some finishing work left). I have no idea about the interior. If you are a purchaser, i suggest you reach out to Slokker directly.

After getting pushed back from CPC the last time it went about a month ago, Cobalt is back this week with some minor tweaks for this week's CPC agenda. Not much different from the last time, just a few adjustments to the grade/sidewalks that have to deal with some difficult grades:

@NickWang , I was able to get some photos today. It looks like Orion Aspen Springs is pretty much complete. There are still some interior finishes needed on the commercial units, and I saw a few lifters being used on a couple of the residential units, but I did see patio furniture on others meaning move-ins have started.
The last couple of townhome buildings for Apsen Spring townhomes are nearly done:
Construction on the Elkwood Townhomes has begun, with the first building fully up and the second underway:
Both buildings of Spring Hill Estates are fully topped out, even some windows going in on the western one:
Townhomes are actually starting to get built on the Summit 77 Towhome sites. For a long time it was just grading work:
Building #5 of The Willows is moving along, while the first 2 are nearing occupancy and 3 and 4 are mostly done on the exteriors:

Truman Homes have submitted the DP for their final parcel in Springbank HIll, calling it Willows Phase 4:
As it is further north, along 17th Ave, it is pretty substantial. 6-10 stories (but the grading of the site makes this a bit variable) and 35m (also depends on where you are measuring from). NORR is the architect. From the DP drawings:

That's huge! Even 5 or 6 years ago I'd never believe that you'd see midrises going up in Springbank.
I don't understand the economics driving residential construction in Calgary right now. There are fairly substantial tower projects getting proposed here and in the north (Cidex's towers in I believe Sage Hill area) and yet in Beltline we get lower density, low rise proposals.

Wow four towers of 35 to 38 meters on the western edge of the city? Never thought I’d see that.
I wonder if this will change the (currently low) priority on the blue line extension to 85th St.

The current planned station location doesn't offer much tbh, probably half of the buildings are closer to 69 Street already. Maybe they could relocate it?
