100% stereotypical of today's style of 6 floor multi-family, and completely forgettable, but the good side is, it's located 500m from the station, and will have a fair bit of retail around it.

Not to make everything about Glenmore Landing but if this was proposed at Glenmore landing piecemeal like this, plus the tower in a later phase it for sure would go through.
