Back on June 26 there was a guy that hinted something big was coming up on July 22 on Calgarypuck. An Event Centre committee meeting was later called for that date. Last meeting was on May 6

Could see a scenario where the committee reviews the final plans that day before submitting for dev. permit...which clears the way for a public announcement before the documents go in the public domain
