I'll hold final judgement until the end, but in my opinion this risks turning into a super disappointing development. It seems like the massing is going to be overbearing due to insufficient step-backs and set-backs (not referring to the height). The paneling looks cheap and the colors (deep reds and deeper blacks) are clashing relative to the muted colors on the renderings. It just generally looks weak relative to the rendering, both in terms of cohesiveness of materials and general design.

The red was definitely not the colour I was anticipating.

If you look at the rendering on page one of this thread, it's sure looks more like brick than what the end result looks like

It is, although I wonder why all of the bloody lights are on, since it's not finished and they sure aren't making work-around-the-clock progress on it.
