Very nice design! Only thing i would personally change is tight the driveway aisle up to 6.1m instead of 7.2m to add more landscape area to the fronts of the buildings, or to add a bit of landscaping relief on the backsides of the building. Really love the elevations on these.

Really too bad there's no mechanism to close the NB Sarcee Road to EB 33 Ave channelized slip lane here and move everything closer to the curb, while applying a more "main street" design with retail and sidewalk integration.

It's going to haunt us forever that we decided to have this bizarre of this section of 33rd being designed like a 1960s arterial, bookended by normal size and speed main street style sections. Doesn't make sense, never made sense but we are stuck with the design because there's no mechanism and incentive to fix it.

Otherwise a great project and great location for density!

It made sense from a 1960s perspective of feeding 29 St/Sarcee Road/Richmond Road to/from the new Crowchild Trail, while keeping safety/low traffic and relative quiet for the residents on 32 Ave.
