How much of a factor is it for developers waiting for construction companies? They could simply be waiting for the drilling company to be free. Or excavating contractors. Would think it would all need to line up??

I've heard anecdotally that, at least in Edmonton, Cantiro has a reputation as a developer who never gives up and always builds no matter what. Not sure how much that could be applied to a highrise project in Calgary, but it's something to keep in mind.
