Elveden could use a refresh on the ground level retail but otherwise yes convert the entire thing. One of them into a hotel please.

Going by that last photo from Garceyues it looks like a good number of the windows have been changed. I hope the windows are the only thing that changes and the rest is left as is.

Looks like the website for this conversion is up with floor plans, tours, and pre-leasing.

Beauty! Very happy they preserved the entire facade. Notice the pattern? The conversions that retain all of the original facade (Loft, Petro Fina) or keep the integrity of the original (Teck Place) have turned out the best? Very few have removed the original exterior and turned out better than the original (Cube, the new one with the black circle pattern in the windows). The rest have all been butcher jobs (Corner Stone, Eau Clare towers).
