I took a walk in around Parkside today, and was quite impressed by the overall feel of the development. When the West Village does get developed, I hope there are developments similar to Parkside along the river.

No retail on the new phases, only in the original 2 Waterfront towers

Normally I would be disappointed not to see any retail here, but with Eau Claire market next door, it's just as well the retail gets focused towards a good Eau Claire Market redev.

There was retail in the first couple phases (back when it was called Waterfront), this last one is good without. Are the retail bays on 2nd and Riverfront all taken, or are there some empty still?
