It's a toss up between this one and the Royal for my favourite Beltline project right now. With Park Point now seemingly further ahead though now, I have to give it the edge.I can't wait to see it rise.

I like Park Point for its location, although The Royal has a great location too. I like the Royal for its retail though. Having a Grocery store and Canadian Tire at the podium is kick ass.

Yeah man I gotta give the edge to The Royal, though that doesn't detract from how awesome Park Point will be. Hoping to see the launch of the south tower fairly soon.

This one's at grade now. Few other projects about to rise - Telus Sky (2 or 3 above grade), Marriott Residences (2 above), Marriott rental tower very close to grade, Waterfront Parkside towers close to grade.
I went past Park Point the other day but didn't have a camera handy. Really happy to see Park Point and The Royal both cruising ahead.

What are doing for retail? The renderings show what look like retail bays, but it's hard to tell from the rendering only.
