Hines is putting this one up for sale. I don't know if it is both towers, or just the first, completed one (I hit the paywall), but here is the article:
Article states that only the completed tower is for sale at this point in time. Hines is one of the biggest players in the US office market. I suspect it would need to raise cash. Commercial real estate is in big trouble with rising vacancies and financing rolling over at much higher rates.
