I can grudging accept one small window in a studio, but even some of the one bedroom units only have one small window in the unit. Bedroom has no window. Non functional micro kitchens. Sigh. Oh, and forget about a bathtub...

This is a pretty insane floor plan, and for starting at $1335/month. Some the unit layouts look fairly decent, though they're all a little wacky. Plus all the units have laundry and dishwasher.

One small window and no balcony. And price goes up if you need parking. Ridiculous.

In Looking Over this Project, Are there Not to B TWO Bldgs all Total? One at 12/4 and the Other will B at 11/4? Read a While back that Two Bldgs Were going to get Built etc

This is insane, who would live in something like this, especially at that price? Seriously question. How important is "shiny and new" to people that someone would choose this, over say a building built in the 80s that has an actual decent floor plan?

Also in tight floorplans like this - why not use sliding doors for closets, bathroom, w/d.
