This right here is how to do a highrise development the right way. Although it may not be a 10/10, its still what we should get more of in our City and less of developments like West Village towers.

Park Central is looking good. It's the perfect set up for its location, a 6 floor podium fronting the corner of a busy intersection, with the tower coming straight down to the sidewalk, but back a ways from the corner. Perfect!
Agreed, need to see more of this. Curtis block is kind of there.I wish more were designed like this, as a tower down to the sidewalk next to a midrise section as opposed to the whole thing being a clumsy podium with disconnected towers dropped overtop.
The second tower is supposed to be 8 stories taller... so maybe someday? This has turned out to be a very solid development. Too bad the tower wasn't another 10 floors taller, so you could see it from more angles.
Looks like that crane is coming down
If a balcony goes across 2 or more units, privacy screens are required by code. One thing I noticed is that the vertical privacy screens on the balconies might have been VE'd out. Thats too bad, as they articulated the facades quite nicely.
I really like the massing for this project. Worked out really well. Also the material palate works quite nicely, (ie not too many differing materials).
