Has this been confirmed? Or is it speculation based on prior projects from Hines?
I've got a deposit burning a hole in my pocket for a pre-construction condo building, beltline area, with a 2020-ish possession and this seems to match my requirements pretty on point.

Yes this will be rentals according to Ellis Don the G.C.. Hines have done no marketing for this project whatsoever as they would have to do to sell as condos. A DP was submitted and approved.

The demo work is almost complete. Structure is down, but lots of rubble to clear.

Rubble is now cleared out. Now we wait and see how long it takes for them to break ground.

I took a Look t the "Hines Website". HUGE, Did not Know how Big they are. Surprised they were a Big Player in 8th Avenue Place, Hope they have a Few More Big Projects for Calgary.
