I was never expting 10th avenue to have the canyon effect, its amazing how much it has changed since 2010.

its a beautiful thing. the view from the top of the podium between these towers looking north is going to be sick. would love a public patio but figure it must be amenity space. also the view hopefully gets blocked by development on 9th ave soon!
