Is the tower going to connect to the +15 network? That would certainly help in that regard. I know the old design was going to - not sure about the new one.

I don't believe so and IMO it's unnecessary. I know there are perks to the +15 but I don't want to see it spill over into the beltline and kill the little street life we have. I'm sure the future residents of this tower can walk 2 blocks in the freezing winter or hot summer without it being a big deal.

I think he's asking because the original Place 10 was going to be connected to the +15 system. I doubt this one will though, and that's a good thing.
