Really curious what they are doing for the lower units right above the train tracks. Triple glazing and extra insulation would do wonders. I lived in a south facing apartment in Bromley many years ago and the trains were loud enough to wake me up many times...

Drove past this evening, the scale of the street presence of the podium is going to be awesome. You get a really good sense of it now that the tower is going full steam.

Not sure what to make of it, excavator in the pit today when I drove by. It was on the south side, not sure if it was digging or not.
