guessing all this is related to the underpass work but i also noticed at the east end of the property where the office trailers are the chain link gate was open there as well.

The sidewalk appears to be blocked off with jersey barriers on the 4th street end but I can't remember if it's been that way since the crane got installed or not.

I agree that the fencing has been changed. I went by there about 10 minutes ago and there's lots of stuff inside the fencing like scaffolding and porta potties that were definitely not there a couple days ago.

thats all new, a week ago it was a chain link fence
also that equipment isnt parked, its in the deepest portion of the unbuilt western half of the property.
gotta be a go.

They staged at lot of material and product on the top floor today. This looks like its a full go now.
