Still on the books for this year. Just not the right time to start back up. Post COVID, I think refinancing could be challenge for any project that was not already under construction. This one really did not get beyond the halt of 2-3 years ago.

Crane was in before shutdown. Was it not? Just hope that since they weren’t in it much they decided to wait until shit coils down again and then ramp it up.

Yep, the crane was in a couple of weeks beforehand, and there was action on the site after that...at least one of the times I went past it, there were people working. You're probably right in that because they were only just starting it was easier to postpone.

I was also thinking about the cost of the crane letting it sit idle for a few months . They may own it.

There was a small crew there this morning working on the site offices on the East end. Hopefully this will be starting back up soon.
