Looks like only the one tower for now. Too bad they didn't at least do the podium o the west side.Any word on the 2nd tower? Or at least the podium?
It makes such a huge difference to have this building at the corner of an intersection. The Beltline has precious few intersections where all four corners have buildings, let alone substantial buildings. I think it's one of the main reasons why the Beltline still feels so desolate, despite its increasing population density.
So true. Way too many Parking lots and run down buildings scattered around. In situations like this I kind of support towers that are under 30 storeys to help fill all the lots quicker. It makes such a huge difference to have this building at the corner of an intersection. It's part of the phase 2 portion to be completed. The drawings had revised existing M&E services to be pushed out the west end for the second tower.Looks like only the one tower for now. Too bad they didn't at least do the podium o the west side.
