Haha. A lot of these rentals seem to be in nicer beltline locations...

14 Ave is one of the best streets in the Beltline, lots of nice big Elms and relatively quiet. The shops on 11st are super close, 17th is super close, 14st is super close, Co-op is super close... Great location!

It's like a 2 minute walk from Popeyes Chicken. Pretty sure this is one of the best locations of any project in the country, unless there's a residential tower literally with Popeyes in it. ? ?

Do they have a BP? Only thing I beams would be used for is soldier piles for the shoring...

Probably for the soldier piles. You can see them tucked away in the corner behind the dozer.

That’d be cool if it was a go. In The past I’ve usually seen the site cleared first and then the I-beams arrive when the trailers are there but could be that the beams arrived first due to supply logistics.
