This is a prime example of a decent project that saved a historical building, has good intentions, and is done fairly decently, but lacks high quality execution, finishes, and details.

the cascading signage down the edge of the building looks hodge podge.

I kinda like that part, gives a bit more to the planters there.

I would’ve preferred a pub or a teahouse, but having a building refurbished and built into the development is good.

Friends just moved in so had to come for a visit, nice buidling, the views from the rooftop patio are spectacular
