Good point. I wonder if they are going to paint the concrete a light white, etc.. that would help reflect some light.

They will most likely paint it white, or cover it in drywall then paint it white.

Interesting that the interior lights show through on the gray spandrel sections, I didn't realize they were transparent.

They are frosted, probably to let in light but reduce glare. This building looks great, so happy with what we got. I'm really curious to see how the Library in Edmonton turns out, they are doing a full reno on theirs, so it will make a good comparison to ours.
