I'm not actually too worried about the quality of the form, I know it is going to be pretty basic but the function of the building is where it will punch above its weight. Great views to the south over the city and towards the mountains to the west as well of Stampede Park-ing Lot.
76 units. Average is 5.5 units per floor. I haven't seen the units but, it feels like too many units for the function to punch above its weight.

This is probably a airbnb/vrbo special with micro units. Its lack of parking means they're not too concerned with competing with more expensive rentals. The people this brings along with the two new hotels, saw that new one's announcement will be next week, will do wonders for this part of 17th. There's also a smaller development coming off 17th just west of Macleod.

Tons of people are moving to the city. There will be more people on the street in any case. These units aren't cheaper. They're just smaller. I don't care for them as they quickly grow beyond niche with Canada's population growth demographics.
