Looks good, find the street elevation a bit top heavy, but overall pretty good! Stoked for the changes in this part of the city! the fugly Lumino buildings seem to have started something!
Was by here, and noticed that the lot has been cleared - the bungalows were all torn down.

There’s project out by Manchester that looks maybe u/c. Next to those high rise affordable towers.

DP2025-00330 was approved, and is past the appeal period.
