People have been pretty harsh on this one but I don’t mind it. It’s much nicer than the initial design.

I agree. It's a win just to get a couple of multi developments finished on this stretch of 16th.

I feel like this went up quick.

It did, especially when compared to Harmony, but then again every new build in the history of Calgary has gone up faster than Harmony.

I'm okay with the looks, mainly because of its location, but I wonder how dirty that south side is going to look after a winter full of 16th ave traffic. Hopefully they give the facade regular cleanings.

I agree. The materials make this a bit of a turd. I’m hopeful after opening it improves the vibe on 16 ave.
