I wonder where all the hvac and refrigeration equipment will go for the grocery store. Sure would suck being on the inside apartments and having to listen to those things going off all day and all night every single day of the year.

I didn't realize they would be getting rid of the gas station (or that's what it looks like from the renderings). Interesting choice since its a fairly busy one on 16th, and one I use quite a bit.

I think the renderings just don’t show far enough east there. Since it has already been rebuilt and is not part of the project. They show a car wash which isn’t there currently.

They built a new gas station further east on the property as the first phase of this development, around 2020 I believe.

Correct, gas station is just to the left of where the new car wash is going in the second rendering.

Ok good to know, thanks. Weird that they would leave out the gas station element from the renderings, considerings its a Coop station.

I know this is sacrilege to say this here, but I will enjoy the bigger parking lot. The current tiny one is always a shitshow.

It will likely go on the roof and be screened as much as possible to deflect noise and ugliness.
