How many years has it been since the city first closed the trailer park to develop?

Reminds me of the Blackfoot trailer park that they recently clearcut of all the mature trees. Wonder how long that will take and what’s going there?

Blackfoot is currently undergoing a rezoning application for MC-2

  • 0.6 hectares public open space (S-SPR)
  • 13.6 hectares of natural landforms, vegetation, and wetlands (S-UN)

Hopefully it has some good pedestrian connections to Deerfoot Meadows
 
It seems the land was for sale in June, any updates at all! Who are the potential developers or builders? The project looks exciting and I see people working on site everyday but not a peep about what this may unveil!
 
I haven't heard anything regarding the sales, but the city is moving along with the project. They now have paved roads on the parcel.
