It's a bit odd and has a dated 90s quality with that green/gold combo, but I've always been a fan of that marble building. Not a fan of the graffiti ramp thing they have going on though.

Btw, how insanely expensive would a marble facade be today???
 
Those are very nice and all, but don't we have enough cold boxy modernism? One of the reasons I've always liked this building is the PoMo-ness of it all, and to me the arched windows are an essential part of that. Plus they pair well with the rounded corner of the building.

Yeah, it's weird and gaudy, but I think that's what makes this building interesting. I fear that one day it will get bulldozed and replaced with...another Meredith.

I do miss the big Eisenberg's sign.
