As this progresses, it turns out the renders were pretty accurate except for one odd detail. There are only 3 pendent lights on the corner not 4… but other than that, in person, this is very nice. It’s also a little art deco weird. Which I also like.

That's correct, on that note... There's apparently an updated design for 33rd and 34th.

Not sold on the brick colour (thought it would be darker) but it’s a small nit on an otherwise pretty good development so far.

Its honestly perfect, you can see it for a bit walking north of 20th. Big thing will be what the pedestrian interaction looks like after this phase of the main streets for 34th.

I hope they put in street lights at the intersections of both 34th and 20th and 34th and 22nd. It's a complete shit show to drive or walk at those intersections. Makes for good entertainment from the OJ's patio though.

I think we're going to see traffic lights. I'd like to see some mini traffic circles instead of traffic lights as the traffic volumes are pretty equal from all sides.
