Quite a bit of change even from @Silence&Motion pic on Tuesday. Maybe the slowness of BMP at The Irvine is more related to the developers? BMP has put this one up at a nice pace.

Projects like this are more BMP's scope. I think they bit off more than they could chew with Avli being larger and of concrete. Concrete sites are a whole other ballgame.

Too bad they couldn't keep that eave open like that, it adds some funkiness to it.

It's a good little project, but I think it looked better when the balconies weren't boxed in.
