Glass from a few days ago. Hard to see in the photos, but they are working quite a bit on the mechanical which will end up under the raised floor (concrete slab to the bottom of the window). This morning their was a concrete pump lifting up to the 7th floor.

Also would like to add they were starting to install another one of the outer layer panels yesterday, to the right of the one in the left on your picture here. Wanted to get a shot, but there was too much glare off the glass in the +15.

A poor attempt at getting the entire tower to be in one image, without a wide angle lens to do a single vertical pano:

That looks time consuming. Always appreciated when the effort like this is put in all the way through from design, technical, production and finally the installers in 20 below.

We need more of this in the industry than the usual do the quickest, easiest and cheapest method we can repeat from the last project.

The extra effort will pay off in 8 years on average with energy savings iirc. Hopefully the knowledge and skills gained will mean the next cycle of office product (or office product renewals) will reach for similar standards.

I don't think for this level they will be, since the void's bottom isn't sealed will have operable windows, but the higher levels' windows of this size will be computer controlled to flush heat out of the building.

Looks like this one is now fully topped out after the installation of the support posts that the solar panel roof will sit on.
