This has been approved. Even in the uncertain climate, I think this goes ahead. Between this, Mancal's down the street likely underway this spring and Sarina's 1900 well underway there are a lot of units coming to 33rd/34th just in time for the Main Streets project to wrap up this fall.

Plus those probably want to get ahead of Marc and Marda.

I am impressed that they are starting excavation so soon after demolition. Many projects in the neighbourhood taking their sweet time.

Quick work was done here, looks to be bottomed out. Looks to be only one level of underground so could be at grade quickly.
