Lol so true. Seriously though, a lot the projects for seniors homes projects are nicer than then regular ones. Wellings, and the Edward for example. Riverwalk isn't complete yet, but looks solid.

Is there any chance this can be bought by another developer and turned into an apartment building?
I’m not an expert at construction and architecture, but I would think that if it was already going to be a residential care centre they could make a few alterations and turn it into an apartment building.
