To me it looks like a cross between a few of the recent projects, and certainly has that generic look, but it will be a decent addition to the core.

is calgary finally catching on its ok for condo towers to be simple in design?

Not a big fan of the ground floor podium due to the tower slightly overhanging under the support of those large columns.Nothing human-scaled about it. Still, a great density booster for sure, and the tower itself looks respectable. Great to see more residential space downtown!

Might as well. I'm pretty sure it'll be a different name now. I quite liked the name Kings on 4th, but we'll see what the next name is.
