Why is the church boarded up? Is it not part of the development? Strange to me that you would put it in the render like that.

I’m surprised, this design is very basic for Battistella.

edit: oh I see it’s not Battistella. The updated renderings look good, but that cross thing is horrid.

Don't worry there's still time to add some before the DP comes out. Also 6-7 more colours and some fins, louvres, and a spoiler.

This is currently being heard by Council as I type (public hearing for the zoning). It has been stated that the old church will be renovated and donated to a non-profit, for use as a child care and education centre. Nice of Westrich to do this, but I would have liked to see a pub to help activate this corner.
